Walk Around Photo Feature
Subject:   1945 Ford GPW Jeep with detailed engine photos 

This Photo set contains 14 photos of a 1945 Ford GPW Jeep.  The hood was open and I got a lot of good shots of the engine detail, whether it is orignal or not is up for debate.

 I took these at the Mid Atlantic Air Museum's World War II Weekend in June 2012.

The Jeep shown is a restored example on display as a living history exhibit.  Ford build over 280,000 of these during the war.  The name stands for "Ford" built "G" Goverment Contract, "P" passenger car, "W" willys licensed design.
