This Photograph Collection contains 26 photos of a Type 82 Volkswagen Kübelwagen one in dark gray.  

The Volkswagen Kübelwagen (literally translated as "bucket car", for its resemblance to a metal bathtub on wheels) was a light military vehicle designed by Ferdinand Porsche and built by Volkswagen during World War II for use by the German military, It was based heavily on the Volkswagen Beetle.  The Kübelwagen was for the Germans what the jeep was for the Allies.

I took these at the Mid Atlantic Air Museum's World War II Weekend in June 2013.
