If your Directions are hard to see then Make it Bigger 

 I just finished a Spitfire kit in 1/72 scale and the directions for painting and decaling was pretty small print.   I was struggling to see and read the directions.   While I was working I got an Idea.   I used my all in one printer to scan the pages of the directions for decaling.  Then I cropped each Image so that I only had one profile per page and printed them out using the print to full page.  

As you can see below the results were much easier to see and read and mark up.  Since most of us model builders are getting older and having problems seeing this was a great way for me to have an easier build.
