Walk Around Photo Feature

Subject: "Sparky" a Willys MB "Jeep"

This Photo set contains 25 photos of a Willys MB "Jeep" equipped with a radio, named "Sparky".

I took these at the Mid Atlantic Air Museum's World War II Weekend in June 2012.

The Jeep shown is a restored example on display as a living history exhibit.

During World War II, Willys produced around 363,000 jeeps. The MB part of the name in this case means Military Model "B" which had some improvements over the orignal design.
